That's good to know

Jane: What's the matter Mario? You look so worried.
Mario: I don't want a furnished room after all.
Jane: Why not?
Mario: I like bathrooms.
Jane: What do you mean by that?
Mario: Well, in a furnished room you have half a living room,
half a bedroom but you don't have your own bathroom, Jane.
Jane: So?
Mario: So, I like bathrooms, running water, hot and cold.
I like to brush my teeth, wash my armpits. I like to be clean, Jane.
Jane: Well, that's good to know. Look Mario, maybe you should look
for a house after all.
Mario: But houses are too expensive.
Jane: How about an apartment?
