"That's gone"

I wrote an email to my professor apologizing for missing his earlier email and telling him I would come to see him next week. He replied with: "That's gone. See you next week."

What is "that's gone" supposed to mean? Did he maybe mean "that's ok" and it autocorrected him? I'm worried.

Hi, He basically meant that it is okay and you don't need to worry about it as it is gone now and you can't do anything about it. Hamid
