In my opinion it means something like: -I'm not supposed to be doing this, am I? -That's a way of putting it. = Ok, you suppose that you are not to do it but You are to do it(or 'I suppose that you should do it' or 'our chief supposes ...

In my opinion it means something like:


-I'm not supposed to be doing this, am I?
-That's a way of putting it. = Ok, you suppose that you are not to do it but You are to do it(or 'I suppose that you should do it' or 'our chief supposes ... ', or it may be mentioned in the instruction or agreement...).
-Excellent = Oh no.
