"that while" useage question

Is it correct to say, "that while"?

As in:

This answer suggests, that while speaking through another person's voice, she may actually be working out some feelings or emotions from her own life.

or should it be,

This answer suggests, while speaking through another person's voice, she may actually be working out some feelings or emotions from her own life.

There's nothing wrong with that while in that sentence.

Here's what you need:

This answer suggests that while speaking ... voice, she may actually ... life.

No comma between suggests and that.
