That, which, why

The shop that I go to is closed.

Your shop, which will probably be shut down next year, is really old.

Do you know the reason why our offer was rejected?

The use of that and which often confuses me, I have studied a lot of grammar books and online articles about the uses of 'that' and 'which'. Have I used these two words in the above sentences correctly?
