Question: How can the same statistic be read so differently?Answer: The reader can spin the figure another way that the writer does not want to intend in the first place. The question was already given and I wrote the answer in English after reading the given text. But I am not too sure if the underlined phrase is grammatically correct. (Here, I was trying to say that the writer has a different purpose when reporting the static or has an different interpretation of the static (i.g 80%) whereas the reader can often see the figure that is not emphasized (20%). Could you help me clarify it? Thanks.
