That was given to me
Can one say
a. He tore up my blue blouse that was given to me by my boyfriend.
b. He tore up my blue blouse, which was given to me by my boyfriend.
In the first case, I have more than one blue blouse and I am talking about the one that was given to me by my boyfriend. In the second one I only have one blue blouse and it was given to me by my boyfriend.
