Could you tell me what are the differences between the following sentences?

A1. There are many cases where such a principle is not practicable.
A2. There are many cases that such a principle is not practicable.

B1. She is looking for a job where she can use her skills such as computing, accouting, and research(or researching? which one is more suitable?).
B2. She is looking for a job that she can use her skills such as computing, accounting, and research.
