Could you tell me if both are possible and if they are OK?

1 How can one know that/if ones breath smells good?
2 Do you know how you know if/that she loves you?
3 It must be hard/difficult to hear thing like that about your daughter, but it's true.
4 Security is twice what we anticipated/There is twice as much security as we anticipated.(are they correct?)
