That vs As
#1 No such boy as is living here will do this.
#2 Such boys will be rewarded by the principal as obtain good marks
#3 I shall buy the same perfume that my friend bought.
I sentence 1 and 2 it uses "as" while in 3 it uses "that",why? Can you please explain where to use "that" and "as".
