Hello,

What do you think about this question. The correct answer according to the testee's key is "that".But is the question sentence correctly set using "that".? Thank you in advance.

Is "that" replaceable with "where" here? It seems to me that "that"needs a preposition i.e: "that..........in" at the end of the sentence.

Why do you think it needs an "in"?

Otherwise, you could imagine a different situation, such as

In my experience, 'a flat' is basically just another term for 'an apartment'.
