That processes...

Fresh Pastures CIC is the only UK dairy that processes, packages, delivers and administrates the Scholl Milk Scheme from 1 site, giving us total control over quality, delivery and customer feedback.

I saw the above in my son's leaflet from his school.

Is "that processes, packages,...1 site" a noun clause having "that" as a subject and modifying "dairy" thus functioning as an adjective?

Is "giving us total control...feedback" a present participle phrase as I can't see the subject here? Is it an adverb explaining why?

  • “That” is a meaningless subordinator functioning as ‘marker’.
  • The relativised element is the subject but is missing and instead represented by the gap notation ‘_____’ which is anaphoric to “dairy”, its antecedent.
