That or Which?

I am trying to decide if that or which are appropriate. Also, should I take out the comma between "tickets" and "that/which?"

After helping students, I would complete support tickets, WHICH required excellent data entry skills and a strict attention to detail.

After helping students, I would complete support tickets, THAT required excellent data entry skills and a strict attention to detail.
