That or which?

Hi, I still would have another question - as to the use of THAT or WHICH in my sentence below. For some reason I'd thought THAT sounds better, but I would like someone to double check this for me if possible. Also a brief explanation on when to use both would be much appreciated! :-) Thank you!

I would use "that" for both of these - they are restrictive. I know some people don't differentiate between "that" and "which" for restrictive and non-restrictive, respectively, but I do.
