"that" or "which"?

Hi, is there any difference between these two sentences:

I've found a very interesting music resource, that can be found here: http://www.....

I've found a very interesting music resource, which can be found here: http://www.....

For most of the cases you can use that and which interchangably but first of all, you should omit commas in your sentences. The other step would make a choice between that or which because it won't make any difference in your example.

Only the second one is correct. Use only which when you're making a parenthetical remark or adding more information that's not completely necessary to the understanding of the previous information.

Wow Jim, I really liked your words. Thank you! The new policy ,"first be your own teacher then teach someone", is really really difficult. (We learn everything but not grammar)
