Yes, I don’t hear, either. But I get there is some pause after ABC, and I take this as a place for that sound. Though it wasn’t uttered loudly enough to hear: if fact, GoldWave doesn’t catch the sound wave.

I agree that there's a pause there, but I hear nothing resembling even a partial "that", and "that" is not essential there.
