Is this OK: I don’t like how/that you’re putting so much strain and stress on your body because it could affect your health.

To me, this use of "that" with "like" seems substandard, though plenty of people use it, at least informally. I guess opinions vary. "how" is OK informally.

To me, this use of "that" with "like" seems substandard, though plenty of people use it, at least informally. I guess opinions vary. "how" is OK informally. In more formal English, say "I don't like the fact that ..." (albeit "don't" is informal anyway).
