That of a fish or a fish's

Hi. Are the following sentences correct? Let's say we're talking about a mermaid. I'm not sure if the following statements are correct as statements depicting a mermaid, though.

1. Her lower body is that of a fish.
2. Her lower body is a fish's.

How about these? Are they correct or incorrect? Let's say we're comparing two animals.

3. Its body is bigger than that of a fish.
4. Its body is bigger than that of a fish's.

I also believe that I've indicated the pronoun "that" is referencing to a friend of John Doe in the post I used it. So, the context should be a comparison of two friends, hers and his (John Doe's).
