That, It, This

Hello, everyone.
I confuse with the use of pronouns (that, it, this). For example, when you are giving an explaination for smth. has happened in the past:
1. " It's not because of..."
2. "That's not because.."
3. or "This is not because..."

or just saing: "that(it, this) is all right!"
Wich one is correct, and is there any rule?
