That it is said ...

Hi

If a frog casually hops into your home, see it as the omen of good luck that it is said to be and hope that it decides to go (leaving the luck behind).

I completely do not understand the 2nd part of that sentence? What the author wanted to say?

Hi

If a frog casually hops into your home, (then you should) see it as [the omen of good luck that it is said to be]

So the frog is said to be the omen of good luck or her hopping into my house is said to be the omen of good luck?

'The frog being in the house', I presume, but there is no way of judging for sure from what you have given.
