that is and that don't

i know a song that celine dion sings " that's the way it is" and another one i knew that shania twain sings "that don't impress me much".

my question is that. at song of celine dion ' that with is" but shania twain says don't. i think if we use that is, we must use that doesn't. could anyone explain me?

Instead of saying "it isn't right" they might say "it ain't right." You will here these kind of things, especially in country songs or ghetto rap songs.
