That is a letter to The Mayor from mi city. Is correctly written?
Dear Mayor, I am writing about the desire for curbside recycling in Callao, It's gaining momentum
Curbside recycling will improve the environment which is of the utmost importance. What better gift can we give to future generations than a clean environment in which to live. This helps us to build a clean city with a great atmosphere, and It will reduce pollution; whiout this, many people will stop coming to the city because nobody wants be in a place where you could find rubbish and not green spaces. Please help us to sabe the future and get a better place for our children.
Please send a letter explaining your position.
I look forward to your response.
Yours faithfully,
Yuri Soto

What is your question? The grammar is good. You need a question mark after the "What better gift..." sentence. Also, I would say "a clean environment to live in." In addtion, check your spellings and punctuation and don't capitalize random words.
