That I ever seen

Hi,

I will be grateful if you could help me with this...

Someone wrote: "It was the smallest restaurant that I ever seen".

Sound bad to me.

Is it ok if I correct it like this?

It was the smallest restaurant I have ever seen. (can "that " go before I ??)
