Is it natural to say "That goes for this organisation as well for that matter" ?

I am not sure if I used 'as well' and 'for that matter' naturally.

This is the original sentence. I have altered it a bit hoping it would make it simpler. 

What I said about not categorising people of the same nationality collectively was not a reference to Palestinians alone; I meant it to be true for any other nationality or group as well for that matter.
