That form : Has it already been mentioned?

Is grammatically correct?. My book say "yes", at least I understand it. But is possible put "been and mentioned" together and knowing there are 2 verbs in past participle. Is a rule?. I only know that is possible put together a verb in infinitive form + present continuous". Explain me why is possible, thanks in advance teachers.
