That everyone would be.... and (that they would) focus

Hi,

Question:
1) Do 2 sentences have the same meaning?
2) Will those blue texts in sentence 2 affect the meaning of th sentence?

Sentence1:
I ensured that everyone would be happy with their work and focus on working.
Sentence2:
I ensured that everyone would be happy with their work and that they would focus on working.

My understanding:
In sentence1:
I ensured that everyone would be happy with their work and focus on working.
In sentence2:

I ensured that everyone would be happy with their work and that they would focus on working.

Therefore, both sentence have the same meaning, and the blue texts can be omitted without affecting the sentence's meaning.

Thanks
