That clause

Master, can you tell me the usage of that-clause?
Example: There is little doubt if you’re interested in history, you are also interested in genealogy, especially the genealogy of your own family.

There seems a word, “that” omitted between doubt and if. In summary, there is little doubt that if you’re … Is that right?

If so, I was often told if that-clause is equal to an antecedent, a word “that” can’t be omitted. I am so confused.

Considering the above sentence is divided into segments, the results are following:
There is little doubt (that) if you’re interested in history, you are also interested in genealogy, especially the genealogy of your own family. That is… little doubt = (that) you are also interested in genealogy,….. Is that right?
