That and who determiners?

Is the word 'that' a determiner in the sentence 'I think that the UK is a wonderful place to grow up..'?

and..

In these sentences..

Is 'which' a determiner in this case?
'It is a melting pot of cultures from Africa, India, China and Europe, which for me as a child....'

Are the words 'there' and 'who' determiners here as well?
'I know that there are many people who would like to go there on holiday.'
