I've found an article which shows that immediately after that.
But they also agree that the standard global-warming rhetoric in the media and political circle is over-simplified and exaggerated. Too many accounts, Myhrovold says, suffer from "people who get on their high horse and say that that our species will be exterminated."
Could you please let me know what the first that mean here? the high horse?

You can, however, say
eg Tom said that that hat is his and that this hat is mine.
