'That' After a Title

Hi. Could you clarify, whether it is correct to use that after a title to begin an extra clause. For example:

1. You should read X that is devoted to Y.

2. You should read X, which is devoted to Y.

It seems that that in such contexts requires a subject with an indefinite article, as it specifies it, whereas which is more neutral in this regard. Thanks.
