That '70s show

Nowadays, I am really crazy about watching a TV drama titled "That '70s show" but although I do not intend to be that picky, I still do not get how the title of the show was written like that? Why the apostrophe is there? Is it correct in grammar or just acceptable? Please help me out and thanks all the time.
