Hello,

1.Conventional Ethernet uses bridges and hubs that work in a half duplex mode.

Here "that " refer back to "hubs" or "bridges and hubs"?

Could any one here explain it?

If I meant it to refer only to hubs, I'd say
eg 1.Conventional Ethernet uses bridges, and hubs that work in a half duplex mode.
