That

I was reading my horoscope and I came across this:

Tackle chores Sunday to Tuesday-that leaves you free to enjoy the month of social delights, popularity, entertainment, flirtation, optimism and happiness that starts Wednesday.

1. Tackle chores Sunday to Tuesday-that leaves you free to enjoy the month of social delights, popularity, entertainment, flirtation, optimism and happiness that starts Wednesday. (What do those two thats refer to? Especially the second 'that', I don't understand why it is singular. )

Thanks.
