I have checked with and am fully satisfied with the above maintenance and that the said maintenance has not adversely affected any computer(s).....

What is the purpose of "that" here? Can i just write "and the said maintenance has not......"?

It makes the latter part of the sentence into a subordinate noun-clause which is the object of 'satisfied', ie .
