Topic: Childhood obesity is becoming a serious problem in many countries. What are the causes of this? What solutions can be offered?

Essay:
It is true that childhood obesity is a traumatic problem with human.Although there will undoubtedly be some negative consequences of this trend, a number of solutions can be taken to mitigate these problems.

There are a number of problems related to this trend.The main issue is that the health of children fall down rapidly. Firstly,from the point of Cardiovascular System expert, the heart of obeses must work harder in order to pump blood to the extremities of the body. Long term, because the heart becomes to overload, the obese children are more likely suffer from arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart attack,.... Second,The respiratory system of obesities always is limited, because of because of the accumulation of fat on the diaphragm. Third,with the fat redundant, the obese children usually have a digestive system which is prone to gallbladder disease, it is easy for them to be risked constipation, and fatty liver. Therefore, the obesity give the children a lot of bad signal for their healthy. To curse the overweight status, the parents must pay too money for medical costs. Furthermore, due to the thick fat layer and worse pumping blood, the children usually work with the low productivity and react slowly. It is also reasons why almost of the obese children always feels too shy, nervous in ordinary life.

However, there are several actions that could be taken to mitigate the problems mentioned above. One of them could be that government authorises some laws for fast food in order to protect the child from the overweight status. Fat food is the main cause which creates the obese. If the government control the amounts of sugar and fat in the food by tax, it is direct to decrease to wider the dispositive phenomenon . Moreover, the parents change the diet of their children, they must cook the healthy food(especially vegetable) instead of buying food from the store. Through eating healthy food, the children have a chance to avoid the fat redundant. Finally, the parents should encourage them to do outdoor activities. With doing these activities, the children are able to burn off excess fat.

Therefore, I think the government authorises some law for fat food in order to protect the child from the overweight status and we should encourage children to do outdoor activity.
