Thanks for explaining to me/thanks for making it clear

Is it good to reply with the below sentences for somebody who helps me?

Thanks for making it clear.
Thanks for explaining to me the concept in detail.
Thanks you. It(your explanation) makes it clear.

And any other colloquial way of saying it?

The first is OK, but the others are unnatural. You could also say Thank you for your (clear / detailed) explanation or Thanks for clarifying . Note that we say thank you , not thanks you, and I don’t advise using below (or above ) before a noun.
