Thank you, well received

Dear All

I want to confirm in email as short a way as possible 'Thank you, well received. I will add to my task list'. is it formal? or just "Thank you, well received"

Thank you for help...

If you want to thank someone in a short way, usually all you need to say is Thanks. Well received is not natural. I don't understand what it means.
