Thank you notes

I am writing thank you notes for donations received.

at the end of the note it reads:

What is the correct way to word this:

"Your donations are greatly appreciated"

or

"Your donations have been greatly appreciated?

since they already made the donation.

please help

Both are correct but I would use present simple as it sounds like you are still grateful and also it is slightly more formal.

Hi,

Your donations are greatly appreciated.

Although they've already donated to you, you have to say it thus.
