Thank-you note proof-read

(I'm sorry if proof-reading questions aren't allowed. If they are, feel free to delete the question.) Could someone tell me if the following is grammatically ok? It's a thank you note for an author who represents a charity organization and came over to my country to give a few interviews and talk about her book.

A warm thank-you for visiting [city] April 17th – 19th 2013! Journalists, literature enthusiasts and us hosts were tremendously impressed. We wish you, [organisationname] and, in particular, your cause the best possible success now and in the future.

Team [companyname]

I'm especially hesitant about that "team" thing... How to convey the message that the note is from all the employees of my company?
