Thank-you note and signature

Is it ok to ask you guys to proof-read this small thank-you note? It's for an author who came to my country and gave a few interviews about her charity organization and book. I'm particularly baffled by the last line... I don't know how to express the meaning that the note is from all the employees of my company. Emotion: tongue tied

A warm thank-you for visiting [cityname] April 17th – 19th 2013! Journalists, literature enthusiasts and we hosts were tremendously impressed. We wish you, [charityname] and, in particular, your cause the best possible success now and in the future.

Team [companyname]

Any points on grammar/vocab/fluency are more than welcome! Emotion: smile
