Hi,We’re so happy and thanks to Lord that we can start Sunday service at your Church from January 2009.We have about 20 college students gathering every Saturday and 're planning to start the Sunday service in March 2009.Thank you so much for your help.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1) That you can start a Sunday service in January, 2009
2) That you plan to start a Sunday service in March, 2009.
Which one do you mean?
Your letter weill be fine when you clear up the time for the start of the services. Here is an alternative that you might be able to use...

We are a group of about 20 college students who have been worshipping together every Saturday. We have been seeking a place for our worship service in a church. We thank you for your offer for us to come together in the presence of *** in your church. We can start a Sunday service in -----, 2009.
