I am writing this letter to thank you for your hospitality during my stay at San Francisco from the 4th to 30th last month. You were so kind when you reserved time for me and picked me up to go sightseeing. You also gave me some good advice on how to catch the bus, how to rent a house. Furthermore, you gave me information on the culture and people where you live, and necessities if I wanted to live there.

I were very much grateful for your kindness. That was a wonderful time I would never forget.

I sincerely hope someday I could repay your kindness.
