Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to extend by my sincere thanks to you.

I am a commuter and everyday I drive my motorbike to work. Last Thursday morning, when I was driving, I suddenly felt dizzy and fell down. I lost my consciousness. When I came to, I found myself in 115's hospital, attended by my mom.

The doctor told me, it was you who had sent me to the hospital and informed my mom of my condition. You happened to be on the same street where I fell down. You helped me but I have never met you.

So I invite you to visit my home and have dinner together as to extend by my sincere thanks to you.

My mom and I were very much grateful to you for your timely help. I lack words with which to express my gratitude to you.
