It is very nice to know that you value me as an employee. It was a difficult decision to make, after a careful consideration; I have decided to accept the position with other company.
I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to discuss and to share information on the opportunity to ABC.
I am not closing the opportunity to work again in ABC in the future.
