Do you use the expression 'thank you kindly' in your daily conversation like the sentence? I know a few expressions using 'thank' such as 'thank you very much' or 'thanks a lot', but I've never heard of it before. Thanks in advance!

(UK) While I agree that the expression is out of fashion, I would not be too surprised if I heard it in polite conversation, especially from an older person.
