Oh, thanks... but does that mean the others are not good?
I thought all of them were acceptable, and I thought the best ones were actually the others, the ones you didn't say they were good.
Maybe it depends on personal taste? And someone else could have a different opinion? Thanks.

'I perfectly understand' is not idiomatic.

One -ly adverb that works fairly well before understand is completely, if that's what you're looking for. (Not perfectly, though.)

I completely understand.
I understand perfectly.

Nona The Brit'I perfectly understand' is not idiomatic.
Whoa, I really didn't know that. As Jim said, "completely" seems to work, so I didn't think "perfectly" was much of a problem. I'll keep this in mind! Thank you all.
