Thank you for liking

Hello,

"Thank you for liking my posts"
The sentence above has 2 different meanings:
1. Clicking on the like buttons!
2. They have a liking for my posts!
Obviously the first meaning is what is intended but how could we avoid the second meaning?

Thanks.
