Therefore, company provide all employees with a good working condition..

Working hours:
According to the rule of working hour, workers can work for 8 hours a day and five days a week. If company request that workers have to do overtime, company will pay extra wage which is 1.5times as much as the salary.

Promotion
In order to look for excellent worker, chief and manager, company builds a system of fair promotion based on daily performance of employee. Those who work remarkably can move their position from a staff member to a high-rank executive.

Salary
Before entering our company, all employees have to sign work contract writing their starting salary per month. Besides starting salary, all employees can raise their salary based on their performance and efficiency.

Education
The company’s prosperity results from all employees who can continue to pursue and enhance their knowledge and thinking. Hence, it would set up a fund which all employees can apply for, and it verifies that who can be eligible for this fund. Whoever receives this fund must attend school to pursue further education.

Insurance
All employees’ safety are our responsible. The company takes this responsible very seriously. The company should provide all employees for insurance. In other words, all employees need not to pay any money for their insurance.

Vacation
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. The company does reward for employee’s industrious work. It would give all employees a opportunity to travel around the world every year.
