We would like to thank everybody for providing June's data . Without your support we would not be able to issue the July's report on time .

We wish next time to issue August's report before the deadline so we can break a new record.

We would like to thank everybody for providing June's data . Without your support we would not have been able to issue the July report on time . -- My rewrite suggests the report has already been sent. Note that you should not have it as "the July's report."

Next time, we hope to issue the August report before the deadline so we can set a new record. I actually think that "Next time," can be omitted entirely. It's clear that August is the next time.

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. "Should" is okay, but "If" is also just fine.
