Thank you card to oncology doctor.

My mom passed away about 2weeks ago.

I'd like to write a thank you card to my mom's cancer doctor and his team members(I mean 3 other cancer doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, bookkeeper) they helped her for 10month.

I was only 16 when she found out she has a cancer and I did all things for her such as make appointment with dortors, see them, give her ride, stay with her at hospital. Also English is my 2nd language I came to usa 2years ago so my english isn't perfect. because of all that things Doctors were so kind and nice to me.

I've never wrote a thank you note before... Please help me.

Dear. Dr.----

My mom passed away the afternoon of september 5, at the capital hospice. she died peacefully and painlessly with family and her sisters.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my hearfelt tanks to you and all your team members for well took care of my mom.

Dealing with my mom's cancer was very overwhelming to our family especialy me, but I think my mom is very lucky person to meet a doctor like you, you and your whole team were so kind and told us what should we do when we were completely lost.

(I like to add something here, for good ending. what should I add?)
